Quilled Wall Decor

Hello friends,

Hope all are doing good, Came back with a quilled wall decor, i was planning to do some wall hangings with quilling. Finally i made my first wall decor and going to present this to my friend.

Hope he will like this. I made a quilled ganesha as a centre of attraction and surrounded with quilled flowers, folded roses and border with quilled leaves. Also i recycled an old paper bag for hanging.

Quilled Name Board

Hi dears,

First time i created a quilled name board for my Dear Friend "Shylaa Shree"

My favorite colour was pink so i thought to present here a name board with Pink color and i love quilling too so made a quilled name board.

Love is up in the air

Hi Friends,

Rose Flowers express our feelings in the best way.

Made a valentine card using Rose Flowers. Heart shaped was filled with floded roses and to add more effect  added a sprial rose in the centre surrounded by quilled curves. Sentiment is a freebie.

Birthday Card

Hi Friends,

Today is my colleague’s is Birthday so created a CAS style Birthday card for him.
I used two color combinations of Brown & Blue, Quilled Flowers & Crimped rounds and Sentiment is hand written. The background pattern papers was recycled by old invitations.

Doodles

Hi Friends,

I love to doodle always, so to make my art something different i combined both Warli art & Mehndi design..

Warli Art (Trible art) These paintings was done on the walls of the hut which was leveled with red mud, for drawings pointed twigs, limestone & rice flour paste was used.  The paintings on the wall are emotional expression of their day-to-day life, Marriage ceremony, Dance Style, Rice Culture. Inspired by these paintings i created this..

Mehndi designs- Mehndi is the art and process of applying impermanent ink designs onto the skin, primarily on the hands and feet. It is an internal part of make up in Indian tradition.

Birthday Wishes
